Responsibilities
  • Install and enhance landscape and hardscape projects according to company quality standards
  • Construct pavers, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and implement grading and drainage solutions
  • Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, sod, and seed
  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and general grounds upkeep
  • Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and troubleshooting
  • Load, unload, organize, and maintain materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
  • Operate landscaping equipment safely, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, compactors, saws, and other power tools
  • Work efficiently under the direction of the Crew Lead to meet daily production goals
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while following all company safety procedures
  • Communicate clearly with the Crew Lead and team regarding progress, challenges, and material needs
  • Read and interpret landscape plans and job packets, or be willing to learn
  • Set a positive example for newer team members through strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in landscape installation, lawn maintenance, groundskeeping, or related outdoor work is required
  • Experience with pavers, patios, plant material, mowing, and basic grading or drainage is preferred
  • Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
  • Basic knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and landscape maintenance practices
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently when needed
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
