Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable Landscaping Crew Associates to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties through landscaping, lawn care, and general grounds maintenance. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control.
  • Plant, mulch, prune, and maintain shrubs, flowers, trees, and other landscaping features.
  • Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers.
  • Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Remove leaves, branches, debris, and other materials from job sites.
  • Install landscaping materials including mulch, rock, sod, and plants.
  • Assist with irrigation maintenance and seasonal property cleanups.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and meet customer expectations.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical labor for 8-10+ hours per day.
