Position Overview: Salsbery Brothers Landscaping is a reputable landscaping company known for providing high-quality landscaping services to residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking dependable individuals who are interested in joining our team as landscaping crew members. This position offers the ability to show off your quality workmanship and execute various landscaping projects! 
Position Summary: As a landscape crew member, you will play an important role in making sure all jobs are done correctly and on time. Crew members work in the field with a crew that consists of 2 or 3 and a foreman. The team will be expected to get work done safely, efficiently, and with quality! 
Responsibilities: 
  • Professionally represent Salsbery Brothers Landscaping
  • maintains communication with the job foreman 
  • works as a team with crew to meet projected hours on jobs
  • prepares and secures all materials, tools, and equipment 
  • ability to safely learn how to operate equipment 
  • conducts and promotes safe working conditions at all times
  • maintains clean equipment, truck, trailer, and job site
  • responsible for maintaining company policies and procedures
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Work experience is preferred, but we will train motivated and qualified individuals. 
  • Basic plant identification and care knowledge 
  • Must be able to safely lift 50lbs or more regularly 
  • Must have a valid driver's license 
  • Have a good work ethic
  • Man and operate equipment relative to your position
  • Ability to work on your feet for long hours
  • Willingness to be a good TEAMMATE!!
Position Salary: $18-20 hourly depending on experience
