Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, mulching, weeding and more.
• Maintain grounds by edging, irrigation, and landscaping
• Assist with snow removal, gardening, horticulture, and pest control
• Utilize hand tools for building maintenance, concrete work, and carpentry

Required Skills:

• Experience in landscape maintenance and installation
• Installation of retaining walls, patios and additional hardscapes
• Knowledge of pruning techniques and plant care
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Skills in Landscape Installation
• Laying Sod
• Landscape Management
• Transplanting
• Weed Eating
• Landscape Design
• Plant Identification
• Landscape Construction
• Fertilizing
• Seeding
• Front End Loader Operator

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with E-Verify for eligibility verification
• Knowledge of pest control methods
• Skills in building maintenance and concrete work
• Skills in retaining walls, pavers, patios etc.

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $34,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $46,000.00
