As a Landscape Construction Crew Leader, you’ll lead a skilled team in transforming outdoor spaces into beautifully built landscapes. From hardscaping to plant installations, you’ll be hands-on in bringing designs to life, guiding your crew through the construction process with precision, efficiency, and pride.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Crew: Supervise and work alongside your crew to complete landscape construction projects on residential and commercial properties.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Install hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, etc.), softscapes, and other landscape features.
  • Train & Develop: Mentor crew members to improve their skills, ensure safety, and build team morale.
  • Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards of workmanship and keep projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Prioritize Safety: Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Customer Care: Represent the company professionally on job sites and communicate with clients as needed.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Humble – Hungry – Kind: You’re a team player, driven to grow, and treat others with respect.
  • Construction Experience: 2+ years in landscape construction, with experience in hardscaping, grading, and planting.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, solve problems on-site, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comfortable reading plans, using construction tools, and operating machinery (skid steers, compactors, etc.).
  • Driver-Ready: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, you’ll be operating trucks and trailers.
  • Work Ethic: Willing to work the extra hours when needed to get the job done right.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
