Landscape Foreman

Position Summary

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for leading a crew in the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of landscaping projects, as well as managing snow and ice removal operations during winter months.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, team management, and a commitment to core values:

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
  • Supervise, train, and motivate landscape crew members
  • Lead daily job site operations with efficiency and high-quality standards
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Landscaping Duties
  • Plan and execute landscape construction and maintenance projects
  • Perform and oversee tasks including:
    • Planting and mulching
    • Mowing and trimming
    • Pruning and plant care
    • Irrigation installation and maintenance
    • Hardscape installation (pavers, patios, retaining walls, etc.)
  • Ensure all work meets company and client expectations
Snow & Ice Management (Seasonal)
  • Lead crews during snow events
  • Operate equipment for plowing, salting, and de-icing
  • Ensure timely and safe service during winter conditions
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in landscaping and hardscape installation
  • Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and motivation
  • Ability to manage crews and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
