Pay Range: $28–$38/hour

Opportunity Overview

A growing landscaping and outdoor services company is seeking an experienced Landscaping Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape installation and construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.

This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field crews, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing commercial landscaping projects, coordinating multiple crews, and maintaining financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial landscaping and site development projects from kickoff through closeout
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion
  • Monitor project budgets, job costs, and profitability
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits, quality inspections, and safety reviews
  • Review plans, specifications, and project documentation
  • Manage material procurement, equipment scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
  • Process change orders and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Ensure timely billing, forecasting, and project closeout procedures
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, property managers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for additional project work and client growth
  • Support and develop field leaders through coaching and accountability

    • Landscape lighting
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Landscape Management, Horticulture, or related field
  • Experience with project management software such as Aspire, LMN, or Procore
  • OSHA safety knowledge and field safety leadership experience
