This is an opportunity to lead and grow a landscape maintenance division within a company known for high-end outdoor designs. As the Landscape Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing maintenance crews, and ensuring the highest standards of care. This role will start as a hands-on leadership position, with the expectation that as the division grows, your focus will shift more into management.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily operations of the landscape maintenance division
  • Work alongside the crew to perform landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and plant care
  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and service plans
  • Train and mentor team members, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols
