As a Landscaping Assistant Foreman, you will play a key role in leading a team alongside the Foreman to install and construct a variety of landscape projects. Responsibilities
- Assist the Foreman in managing a crew throughout all phases of landscape project installation and construction.
- Interpret and follow detailed project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality results.
- Operate a range of machinery and equipment, such as skid steers, dingos, and saws, safely and efficiently.
- Evaluate job site conditions and adjust plans as needed to achieve project goals.
- Promote a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and understand industry terminology and materials.
- Experience operating various types of landscaping machinery and equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
