Landscape Account Manager


Compensation: $45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Located in Charleston, IL, Pro-Mow Lawn Care & Landscaping is a premier provider of landscape maintenance and enhancement services for commercial and residential properties. We are seeking a motivated and relationship driven Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional service. You'll manage an established portfolio of clients while helping them enhance and improve their properties through proactive recommendations and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and residential landscape accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and service.
  • Conduct regular customer care calls and site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Recommend landscape, horticultural, irrigation, seasonal color, enhancement, and property improvement projects.
  • Prepare proposals and follow up on warm leads generated through existing customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales and account growth goals.
  • Perform routine property inspections to ensure work meets company quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor contract performance and customer expectations.
  • Help control job costs and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Work closely with field teams to communicate customer expectations and project priorities.
  • Assist in training, motivating, and evaluating crew members.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM software.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.


Preferred

  • Experience in the landscape, lawn care, horticulture, irrigation, or hardscape industry.
  • Knowledge of plant material, landscape maintenance, and property enhancement services.
  • Experience managing commercial customer relationships.
