Job Title: Landscape Account Manager

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Landscape Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of landscape maintenance and enhancement accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong relationships, and profitable account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and/or residential landscape accounts
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling requests, concerns, and service reviews
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Develop and present enhancement proposals (plantings, irrigation upgrades, seasonal color, etc.)
  • Coordinate with field crews to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specification
  • Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability of assigned accounts
  • Schedule services and manage timelines for maintenance and special projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in landscape management, horticulture, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
