Evolve Landscaping is a family-owned commercial landscape maintenance and construction company with a strong growth rate and a close-knit team culture. We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service, build long-term client relationships, and drive portfolio growth.

 ✅ What You’ll Do
  • Daily scheduling, monitoring, and production of maintenance field crews
  • Support field crew hiring, training, and development
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients across your assigned portfolio
  • Identify and sell landscape enhancement services to new and existing clients
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, address concerns, and exceed client expectations
  • Renew contracts and maintain a high level of client retention
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Monitor job performance and gross margins to meet financial targets
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM (Aspire)
👤 What We’re Looking For
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
