What You'll Do

As a Commercial Landscape Account Manager, you'll serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of commercial clients while ensuring every property receives exceptional service throughout the landscape and snow seasons.

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage landscape maintenance and snow service renewals while preparing annual budgets and service recommendations.
  • Quickly and professionally resolve customer concerns while ensuring complete client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services through landscape enhancements, irrigation improvements, and snow management solutions.
Project & Operations Management
  • Coordinate commercial landscape enhancement projects from planning through completion.
  • Partner closely with Production, Enhancement, Irrigation, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Schedule crews and resources to maximize efficiency and meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and quality control visits to ensure work exceeds company and industry standards.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, profitability, and overall performance.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.
Business Development
  • Prepare professional enhancement proposals and project estimates.
  • Present recommendations that improve client properties while growing account revenue.
  • Track project financials and communicate account performance to senior leadership.
  • Approve invoices and ensure timely billing for completed work.
What You Bring

We're looking for a relationship-driven professional who combines operational knowledge with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial landscaping, account management, or a related industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and snow removal operations.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and successfully deliver projects.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Goal-oriented with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience with Aspire, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar software is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform regular property inspections, including walking on uneven terrain.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
