Premium Lawn & Landscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in the landscape or horticultural industry who is looking to take ownership of their career while helping grow an established company.

What You'll Do

As a Landscape Account Manager, you'll play a key role in both sales and operations by managing a portfolio of customers while helping expand our business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage multiple customer accounts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Meet with clients to assess their landscape needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, bids, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate projects from sale through completion.
  • Schedule and oversee landscape maintenance and enhancement crews.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Estimate costs and negotiate pricing.
  • Work closely with operations staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop customer loyalty while addressing account concerns and retention opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service updates.
  • Achieve monthly sales and growth goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2โ€“3 years of sales and account management experience in the landscape, lawn care, or horticultural industry.
  • Experience managing landscape maintenance or enhancement services.
  • Strong face-to-face sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional multitasking skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of turf management, hardscapes, irrigation, and pest & disease management is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Degree or coursework in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Turfgrass Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $65,000โ€“$85,000 per year (based on experience)
