We are looking for the position of "Civil Land Development."

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will play a critical role throughout the project lifecycle, from due diligence through final project completion. This position focuses on guiding teams, proactively solving challenges, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead site development design activities, including grading, drainage, and utility design.
  • Identify project risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate effectively across engineering, planning, and design teams.
  • Oversee technical deliverables and provide mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Support proposal preparation and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Navigate permitting processes and coordinate with local agencies.
  • Contribute to team performance, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
  • 8+ years of land development engineering experience; Colorado project experience preferred.
  • Experience working on a variety of project types, including private and municipal developments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a collaborative and productive team environment.
