  • Proven experience in LabVantage LIMS implementation, enhancements, and support (8 to 10 yrs exp).
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows in life sciences environments.
  • Experience with system configuration, validation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, IT, Lab Operations, and Validation teams.
  • Skills in requirements analysis, scope management, and solution architecture.
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, database concepts , and integration design.
  • Experience with data migration tools and strategies.
