Job description

Internship:

-16-20 hours per week

-$18 per hour

-Position ends after 1040 hours worked


Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Windows 8/10/11

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar desktop office suites

-Good communication skills and likes to work with people

-Able to work independently with minimal supervision

-Valid Driverโ€™s license for travel to agency sites (in Genesee County, most in city of Flint)

-Able to lift and carry computer components (up to 50 lbs.)

-Must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week

-Have good typing skills

-Must be a hard worker, self-starter

-Working on a degree in one of the following majors: Computer Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering

Preferred:

-Some knowledge of computer hardware, including component installation and configuration

-Help desk or troubleshooting experience, either in a computer โ€œlabโ€ or office setting

-Experience in troubleshooting computer software and hardware

-At least a sophomore majoring in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems

Essential Physical Demands:
