What does a lab services manager do?

A Lab Services Manager oversees the daily operations of laboratory facilities, ensuring that workflows are efficient, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are followed. They manage staff, coordinate schedules, handle budgeting and procurement, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. Lab Services Managers often serve as a liaison between laboratory staff, clients, and upper management to ensure that laboratory services meet organizational goals.
