• Assist in specimen collection and ensure samples are adequately prepared for testing.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, support the training of new team members or interns, and contribute to the maintenance of lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Educational Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
