Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Support PCBassembly, modification, rework, and precision soldering/de-soldering of ICs,surface-mount components, prototype boards, and production boards
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose board-level issues,including power-up failures, soldering defects, component failures, andassembly problems
  • Assist engineers with board bring-up, testing,debugging, validation, electrical measurements, data collection, and resultsdocumentation
  • Manage day-to-day laboratory operations to ensureequipment, tools, supplies, and work areas are available, organized, and readyfor use
  • Maintain laboratory inventory, including testequipment, tools, consumables, and electronic components, and coordinateprocurement as needed
  • Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, tracking, anddocumentation of laboratory instruments and assets
  • Promote laboratory safety, 5S practices, ESDcompliance, and proper handling of sensitive electronic devices

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Associatedegree or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
  • Good understanding of passive components, semiconductors, power devices, and basicanalog and digital circuits
  • Hands-on experience with SMT soldering, rework, and board-level assembly
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic hardware
  • Experience using electronic test and measurement equipment, including digital multimeters,oscilloscopes, function generators, network analyzers, and power supplies
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, fordocumentation and report generation
  • Strongorganizational, communication, and time-management skills
