As an Integrated Laboratory Solutions (iLS) Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and implementing high-quality specialist engineering and coordination tasks. You will play a vital role in supporting laboratory operations by ensuring that a wide range of laboratory equipment is properly supported, maintained, and functioning smoothly. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams and lab personnel to deliver high-quality service across daily lab workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day engineering activities within the laboratory environment.

• Assist with troubleshooting, organizing, and implementing solutions for a broad range of lab equipment.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure technical tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to established procedures.

• Maintain documentation, track equipment needs, and support continuous improvement efforts within the lab.

• Provide hands-on support to help maintain smooth lab operations and a safe, well-organized workspace.

Essential Skills

• Experience with laboratory equipment and inventory control.
