Job Description
At our California branch, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Korean beauty brand. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about skincare and cosmetics and eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and business development within the fast-growing K-Beauty industry.
Location: Buena Park, CA (On-Site)
Compensation: $20.00-30.00 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Assist in generating sales by promoting Korean beauty products to clients and retailers.
  • Provide product recommendations and educate customers on skincare and beauty trends.
  • Support the sales team in managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships.

• Account & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Assist in tracking and following up on leads to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

• Product & Market Knowledge
  • Stay up to date with the latest Korean beauty trends and product innovations.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market demand.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related field (beauty industry experience is a plus).
  • Passion for Korean beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws
