Everforth ECS is seeking a Knowledge Management Engineer - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise knowledge management solutions to support ARNG operational environments.
  • Configure and maintain collaboration platforms and document repositories to enhance knowledge accessibility.
  • Develop and enforce taxonomy frameworks and tagging standards to improve information discoverability.
  • Coordinate with SharePoint and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to maintain secure knowledge management operations.
  • Support user adoption initiatives to optimize the use of knowledge management tools.
  • Collaborate with hosting and identity management teams to enforce access control measures.
  • Sustain workflow automation and information lifecycle management controls for effective knowledge retrieval.

Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise knowledge management within DoD or Federal IT environments.
  • Proven experience in designing and sustaining knowledge management solutions for operational support.
  • Expertise in configuring collaboration platforms and document repositories.
  • Ability to develop effective content organization strategies for enterprise information assets.
  • Experience in coordinating with IT teams to enforce data protection and configuration management standards.
