This role is responsible forintegrating knowledge management, content management, and AI capabilities, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, information lifecycle management, and AI-driven contextualization. The role will help evolve the organization from traditional content repositories tointelligent, context-aware knowledge systemsthat support decision-making, productivity, and scale.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Enterprise Knowledge & Content Strategy
- Serve as deputy to the Enterprise Knowledge Management leader, helping define and execute theenterprise knowledge strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
- Drive theconvergence of knowledge management and content management, ensuring a cohesive approach across structured and unstructured information.
- Translate business needs into scalable knowledge solutions that support enterprise-wide adoption.
AI-Enabled Knowledge Management
- Lead theapplication of AI to knowledge and content, including discovery, summarization, classification, tagging, and retrieval.
- Design and implementcontextualization strategiesso AI systems surface theright knowledge, to the right people, at the right time.
- Partner with technology, AI, data, and security teams to ensure AI-enabled knowledge solutions are responsible, secure, and compliant.
Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Leadership
- Own theknowledge architecture within Microsoft 365, with deep expertise in SharePoint, Teams, copilot search, metadata, and integration patterns.
- Optimize M365 as a knowledge platform, including governance models, information architecture, and user experience.
- Guide best practices for content creation, reuse, and collaboration within the M365 ecosystem.
Information Lifecycle & Governance
- Leadinformation lifecycle managementpractices, including creation, classification, retention, archiving, and disposition.
- Ensure knowledge and content governance balancescompliance, risk management, and usability.
- Define standards for metadata, taxonomies, content quality, and ownership.
Leadership & Enablement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on knowledge, content, and AI capabilities.
- Mentor team members and help buildmodern KM capabilitiesacross the organization.
- Drive change management and adoption for new knowledge and AI-driven ways of working.

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $205,200Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
