Kitchen Staff - Cooks
The Cleveland Orchestra is looking for energetic, service-minded individuals to fill various kitchen staff positions on the Hospitality Team for concerts and events at Severance Music Center, starting in August. If you’re interested in creating fabulous guest experiences in one of the best music venues in the country, we want to hear from you!
These seasonal, part-time positions average 5-15 hours per week based on availability.
What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare, serve, and distribute food in assigned hospitality locations.
  • Perform assigned hospitality functions, which may include food preparation, food service, dishwashing, inventory handling, or event support activities based on operational needs.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas before, during, and after events.
  • Follow opening, closing, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures to support efficient event operations.
  • Deliver courteous, professional, and responsive service that contributes to a positive guest experience.
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate service concerns or operational issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and event personnel to ensure smooth service delivery and successful event execution.
