What You'll Be Doing

As a CKE Technician at Nextech, you'll be on the front lines of service excellence - diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial food service equipment for a wide range of clients. You'll work independently while being backed by an incredible support team that ensures you're always set up for success.

Here's what your day could include:

  • Performing service, repair, installation, and maintenance on a variety of commercial kitchen equipment including refrigeration

  • Diagnosing mechanical, electronic, and electrical issues and making repairs to manufacturer specifications

  • Coordinating daily schedules with dispatch and ensuring all delays or changes are communicated professionally

  • Managing accurate and detailed electronic work orders and documentation using a company-issued iPad

  • Answering customer questions, identifying additional service needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • Participating in rotating on-call shifts for emergency service needs

  • Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, and inventory to the highest standards

  • Attending ongoing technical training to stay up to date with industry advancements

  • Reporting safety concerns and identifying potential new business opportunities
