The Specification & Design Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting customer inquiries, facilitating the accuracy of JSI's e-tools, and enhancing customer experience. This role involves collaborating closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless communication and presentation of JSI's products and services. Responsibilities include creating customer quotes and drawings, conducting spec checks, addressing general product questions, and ensuring the accuracy of JSI's e-tools.
Requirements
Experience in customer service, concierge, or related field; Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative; Attention to detail; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, coworkers and supervisors verbally and with written communication; Experience with CET and SPEC software; Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (e.g., dimensions, pricing, and quantities); Understanding of design spaces and spatial relationships; Able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, allocate time, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
