Key Account Manager

EarthCam is seeking a high-impact Key Account Manager to drive strategic revenue growth within a portfolio of priority construction and infrastructure customers.

This is a senior-level, quota-carrying role focused on expanding EarthCam's presence across major builders, developers, infrastructure owners, and program stakeholders through multi-project deployments and long-term account development strategies.

The Key Account Manager develops account-level business plans aligned with customer capital programs and project pipelines, identifies portfolio rollout opportunities, and drives adoption across documentation, visual intelligence, and jobsite security solutions.

This role is ideal for experienced construction-industry sellers who want to influence technology adoption across large-scale construction programs and build long-term partnerships within one of the largest industries in the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth within a defined portfolio of strategic construction and infrastructure accounts
  • Develop and execute account-level business plans aligned with customer capital programs and upcoming project pipelines
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities across multi-site deployments, regional portfolios, and enterprise construction customers
  • Support program-level adoption across repeat builders, developers, and infrastructure owners
  • Build relationships with project executives, operations leaders, VDC teams, safety stakeholders, and innovation groups
  • Position EarthCam's solutions across documentation workflows, visual intelligence initiatives, and jobsite security strategies
  • Engage customers early in preconstruction and planning phases to support portfolio rollout opportunities
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to expand adoption across priority customers and strategic accounts
  • Lead complex solution conversations tied to documentation strategy, project visibility, and operational risk mitigation
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting and account planning within CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
