Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager is accountable for managing a team that develops and maintains relationships with chain retailers, suppliers and internal leadership. The Key Account Manager assists in the development and execution of national sales activities. This role is also responsible for growing the Chain Account business while maintaining compliance to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in the development of strategies and tactics for achieving company goals.
  • Ensure execution of Chain Sales plans that meet the Division's annual business plan goals and objectives. Examples of objectives are display execution, price reflection, market share growth and others.
  • Lead, manage and develop direct reports.
  • Establish strong business relationship with all key stakeholders.
  • Plan and conduct regular sales calls with Chain team.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of category with opportunity identification and execution plans.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience
