Job description

Job Summary

Kaseya is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Security Technical Program Management team. This role will be responsible for driving execution across key security, infrastructure, compliance, and platform initiatives while building strong operational rigor across the organization. The right person for this role knows how to navigate complex environments, bring structure to ambiguity, and keep large cross‑functional programs moving forward. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires strong technical understanding, program leadership experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executives.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the Security TPM organization supporting enterprise security and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor Technical Program Managers across multiple workstreams.
  • Establish strong program management practices, execution discipline, and operational transparency.
  • Create clear governance models, reporting structures, and escalation paths.
  • Drive large‑scale security and infrastructure programs across areas such as: Security hardening, SSDLC / DevSecOps, IAM and access management, Cloud infrastructure and platform security, Vulnerability management, Compliance and audit readiness, Security operations improvements, and AI/ML platform governance and security.
  • Manage cross‑functional dependencies, risks, timelines, and executive communications.
  • Ensure programs are aligned to business priorities and delivered with measurable outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security Architecture, GRC, and Operations teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or Security Program Management.
  • 5+ years managing TPM teams or large cross‑functional technical programs.
  • Strong experience leading enterprise‑scale security, cloud, infrastructure, or platform initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of security domains including IAM, SSDLC, cloud security, compliance, and infrastructure operations.
  • Experience working in AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast‑moving and highly cross‑functional environments.
  • Experience with Agile delivery models, program governance, and operational reporting.
  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise platform organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML platform security and governance.
  • Experience driving operational maturity and process transformation initiatives.
  • PMP, CISSP, CISM, SAFe, or cloud certifications are a plus.
