Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

  • Manage cumulative project total $400K annually and achieve profitability goals.
  • Develop $300K in new project work annually.
  • Write and review technical reports and proposals.
  • Provide Due Diligence technical guidance to junior personnel.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
  • Hire and manage subcontractors.
  • Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product.
  • Ensure safe performance of project work.
  • Review Phase 1 reports and write Phase 2 proposals and reports.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and 8+ years of experience with environmental field sampling, data collection, Phase I ESA, Phase II ESA, and environmental remediation report preparation
  • Technical writing and oversight
  • Business development experience
  • Project management
  • Previous experience mentoring and training junior staff members
  • Microsoft 365/CRM
  • Experience with Deltek Vision is highly desired.
  • Previous experience with Ohio Voluntary Action Program, Kentucky Environmental Agency, and Indiana Environmental Agency is preferred.
