If you are driven to set the standard every day, join us as we redefine what a best-in-class in-house agency can do.

Who We Are

Thread Collective, our in-house agency, is elevating creative excellence through sharp ideation, strategic rigor, operational craft, emerging technology, and empowered teams. In this role, you'll shape high-impact digital-first integrated campaigns, mentor fellow writers, and ensure every piece of content reflects our commitment to quality, relevance, and brand integrity. Your bold work will resonate across channels to elevate our presence in the market, set a refined creative standard, bring ambitious ideas to life, and strengthen how audiences experience and connect with our brands.

What We Are Looking For

  • Creative Storyteller & Content Expert -Innovative writer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in concepting and executing high-impact, short-form theme-driven content across digital and print channels, with deep knowledge of narrative structure, messaging strategy, and brand voice across multiple brands.

  • Collaborative Leader & Communicator -Cross-functional partner who unifies teams, works downward and across TC staff to ensure cohesive creative storytelling, and can clearly articulate creative concepts and incorporate collaborator feedback.

  • Quality-Driven Brand Steward -Thorough professional who ensures consistency, quality, and brand alignment in every deliverable, with a commitment to inclusive and accessible practices across all formats.

  • Hands-On Campaign Builder -Thrives on developing and executing theme-driven short-form content and messaging campaigns from concept through final delivery across multiple brands and channels.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Concepting & Messaging Strategy -Develop concept-level campaign content that brings brand strategy to life while generating awareness, deepen affinity, and motivating audiences to engage.

  • Execute Across Channels -Craft distinctive and attention grabbing short-form content across social, video, digital, print, CRM, and point-of-care tactics - built to flex across platforms while maintaining brand consistency and a clear creative point of view.

  • Translate Science & Strategy into Compelling Content -Convert brand strategy, customer insights, and clinical data into clear, compliant, marketing-ready concepts-driven messaging while navigating MLR review and advocating for creative excellence through final delivery.

  • Collaborate Across Functions -Partner with marketers, creative directors, art directors, agency partners, and channel specialists to deliver breakthrough concepts that strengthen brand relevance and audience connection.

  • Optimize, Mentor & Elevate the Work -Apply performance data and audience insights to sharpen creative strategy, while mentoring others on copy development to raise craft, consistency, and storytelling across the team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of experience as a Lead Copy Writer role delivering campaigns for both digital and traditional channels.

  • 4+ years in traditional fast-paced agency setting leading concepting, pitches, and creative content development from initial strategy through final execution.

  • Link to portfolio required
