Job description

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with homeowners via phone, text, and email to educate them on the benefits of a new battery rebate program.
  • Schedule and set appointments for our expert battery consultants.
  • Manage and follow up with assigned leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some sales or customer service experience – we’ll provide training to help you succeed.
  • Experience in solar, appointment setting, or phone sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Quickbase or similar is a bonus.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
