About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships.
What You’ll Do
  • Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments
  • Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended
  • Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals
  • Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
  • Positive attitude and coachable mindset
  • Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performance
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
This Role Is a Good Fit If You
  • Enjoy setting appointments and opening doors for in-person conversations
  • Are comfortable speaking with new people every day
  • Like structured goals and performance-based incentives
  • Want growth opportunities within a fitness and training organization
This Role Is Not a Fit If You

This role offers a chance to be part of a growing organization while making a real impact in your local community. You’ll work in a structured, sales-focused environment that values consistency, professionalism, and results. If you enjoy connecting with people and want to grow with a respected fitness brand, we encourage you to apply!

Flexible work from home options available.
