Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining a high level of customer engagement, and meeting key performance metrics. 

Key Responsibilities

Grow Sales Presentations: 

  • Increase the number of sales presentations from 4 to 8 per week. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet presentation goals. 
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients. 

Maintain Appointment Execution Ratio: 

  • Ensure a minimum ratio of 60% of appointments set to appointments executed. 
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to confirm and execute appointments. 
  • Utilize effective time management and scheduling techniques to maximize appointment execution. 

Training and Development: 

  • Successfully pass company training courses at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals. 
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques. 
  • Actively participates in call reviews, role-playing, training, and coaching sessions and demonstrates improvement by applying feedback in future sales conversations. 

Meet or Exceed KPIs: 

  • Consistently meet or exceed all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual key performance indicators (KPIs) and priorities. 
  • Track and report on performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals. 
  • Adapt strategies and tactics as needed to achieve set targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
