Want to test your capabilities on a variety of challenging construction projects? Tri-North Builders is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its awesome team. 

In the role of Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for running some of our most challenging and complex projects, and for nurturing client relationships, as well as guiding junior project managers on the path to success.

Primary Expectations for the Role:

  • Successfully manage complex projects from concept to completion 
  • Take ownership of key client relationships and ensure high satisfaction before, during and after the project
  • Effectively manager budgets, estimating and cost tracking with minimal support.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Review work progress on a daily basis
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and financial metrics
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
  • Ensure quality construction standards
  • Understand and follow company policies and best practices
