Are you an experienced commercial Project Manager looking for the opportunity to lead larger, more complex projects? At Iconica, you'll lead commercial construction projects of all sizes, with an emphasis on larger, more complex projects typically ranging from $5–20 million. We're looking for someone with experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects who is excited to continue growing as a leader while delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate project teams from project kickoff through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk to ensure successful outcomes
  • Oversee project quality and deliver high-performing spaces for clients
  • Drive communication and collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Support and mentor team members throughout the construction process
  • Ensure safety standards and project commitments are consistently met
Qualifications & Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Experience managing projects across multiple structural systems, including steel, wood, concrete, precast, and masonry
  • Experience managing larger, more complex commercial construction projects (typically $5–20 million)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and project demands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus
