Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects throughout their full lifecycle.
  • Prepare estimates and proposals while overseeing project planning and execution.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and field personnel.
  • Administer contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Conduct progress meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing risk.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and project milestones are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent construction experience will also be considered.
  • 4+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, or a combination of field and leadership experience.
