Job Description
Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a Junior Program Technical Management Professional with experience within Science and Technology (S&T) program management to provide professional technical, analytical and programmatic support for basic research, applied research, and advanced technology development programs associated with surface, including amphibious, undersea, and ground naval platforms, naval materials and undersea weapons in support of the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
  • Assist the Program Manager with management and oversight of program objectives
  • Assist the coordination of conferences, demonstrations, expositions, events, meetings, technical reviews, etc.
  • Maintaining briefings; and assisting in coordinating input for data calls, such as budget exhibit submissions, congressional requests for information and budgetary drills.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining key documents and master plans that incorporate all relevant studies and analyses.
  • Support technical management of programs including acquisition plan development, representation of the government project manager where required, and assessment of performance in terms of technical objectives, costs and schedule.

Job Requirements
MINIMUM SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
  • DoD Secret Clearance within 24 months prior to hire.
  • Five (5) years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science, including biology, chemistry, computer science, and physics.
  • Recent experience (last 5 years) in federal acquisition and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing and reviewing technical studies, analysis, and design activities.
  • Experience desired with DoD RDT&E program/budget exhibits & RDT&E strategic plans.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (specifically, Word, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint Online, Teams and Excel).
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, as required for developing program and project documentation, providing program officer support, coordinating with other DOD services and agencies, industry and academia and outreach efforts.

EDUCATION:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science, including biology, chemistry, computer science, and physics OR a master's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science, including biology, chemistry, computer science, and physics.
