We're looking for a Media Supervisor to join our team and lead the development of smart, innovative media strategies that connect with both consumers and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

How You'll Strengthen the Team

As a Media Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing integrated media strategies while leading day-to-day client relationships and supporting the growth of your team. You'll help ensure media recommendations are grounded in insights, aligned with business objectives, and executed with excellence.

Key responsibilities include: Lead the development of strategic, data-driven media plans across digital and traditional channels Oversee campaign execution to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Translate client business challenges into innovative media strategies and thoughtful recommendations Deliver campaign reporting, optimization insights, and performance analysis to clients and internal stakeholders Partner closely with cross-functional teams including paid social, programmatic, analytics, media technology, business operations, strategy, and creative Contribute to new business opportunities by supporting media strategy development and agency pitches Manage client relationships by providing proactive communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service Monitor media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform planning recommendations Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with campaign objectives Guide and mentor junior media team members, providing coaching and developmental support

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

You've built a strong foundation in media planning and buying and have a passion for using data, insights, and creativity to get results.   Across 4-6 years of experience, you've developed the skills, leadership capabilities, and strategic mindset needed to guide campaigns from planning through optimization.

Qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

4-6 years of media planning and/or buying experience, including at least 3 years focused on digital media

Strong understanding of the media planning and buying process across channels, with experience evaluating and employing digital marketing solutions

Familiarity with ad serving platforms, campaign measurement tools, and digital analytics technologies

Deep knowledge of the evolving digital media landscape and emerging trends

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate client goals into clear media recommendations

Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members

Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign performance data

Willingness to travel as needed

 Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
