System Administrator (Junior-Level)

Full-Time | On-Site | TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Required

We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator with at least 5 years of systems administration experience and a technical bachelorโ€™s degree to support operations in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities
  • Support the troubleshooting, maintenance, and daily operation of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support to end users and internal stakeholders
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues
  • Perform user account management activities, including provisioning, access control, and account maintenance
  • Conduct vulnerability scans using approved security and compliance tools
  • Install and implement security patches and updates to maintain compliance with system security standards
  • Assist with system monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization activities
  • Maintain documentation related to system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of systems administration experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a technical discipline (additional experience may be substituted where applicable)
  • IAT Level II certification or equivalent certification meeting federal cybersecurity requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
