Position Summary
**WE ARE ACCEPTING BOTH WORK STUDY AND NON WORK STUDY APPLICANTS**
ThisStudent Support Technician provides tier 1 customer support for one ormore of the following applications: Opinio, Course Evaluations, and Qualtrics.Support is provided by phone or email with assistance from a Technical AnalystII. The student support technician will also create documentation,update web-pages, communicate technical details to customers, assist withprojects, software testing, and will work alongside a team of 2-3 other supportpersonnel. Position is hybrid, with mostly off-site work, though some in-officecommitments are expected. Office hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday throughFriday. Occasional weekend or off-hours work is required. Applicants areexpected to be able to work the full 28 hours availablefor student staff.
Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Reviewtechnical documentation to support Course Feedback, Esurvey, and/or TestScoring faculty and students.
2. Workthrough email or phone with faculty, staff and students using our services.
3. Providereliable and accurate technical support for students, faculty, departmentchairs and administrators.
4. Learn andwork with UNM's Qualtrics, EvaluationKIT, Esurvey Opinio, and/or Scantronapplications.
5. Helptroubleshoot and resolve technical issues from these four services.
6. Supportsthe administration of campus-wide elections.

Minimum Qualifications:
Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM
Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet satisfactory academic progress.
Minimum Skills include:
1.Excellent written and verbal communications skills
2.Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
3.Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
4.Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
5.Able to problem solve within web applications and other information technologies.
6.Flexible and able to adapt to occasional changes in assignments and priorities

1. Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
2. Microsoft Outlook Skills
3. Customer Service or helpdesk experience
4. Close attention to detail
5. Knowledge of Windows OS
6. Ability to use and create documentation
