The Junior Account Manager supports the Senior Account Managers by maintaining accurate project information, and assisting with the successful execution of direct mail projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Services team in meeting client and internal project needs.Ensure project specifications, schedules, and documentation are accurate and up to date.Monitor project timelines and assist in maintaining production schedules.Prepare and maintain project records, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.Coordinate internal communications to facilitate efficient workflow and timely project completion.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of project administration.Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
