Vantor is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Accounts to lead growth, sustainment, and customer outcomes across a portfolio of high-value government and prime contractor accounts. As the enterprise-level owner for assigned accounts, you will connect customer mission priorities to Vantor's products and services, guide multi-year growth strategies, and coordinate the teams needed to deliver durable value.
This is an opportunity to influence how mission-critical customers adopt and expand advanced spatial intelligence capabilities while owning the business health of a strategic portfolio. You will work with senior decision-makers, program leaders, and internal experts across Product, Engineering, Services, Capture, Finance, Contracts, Legal, and Operations to turn customer insight into funded programs, contract continuity, and measurable growth. Success will be measured by revenue and margin performance, account expansion, pipeline quality, customer satisfaction, delivery performance, and contract sustainment.
Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of high-value government and prime contractor accounts and remain accountable for overall account health, including profit and loss (P&L) inputs, revenue forecasts, margin performance, contract continuity, and growth targets.

  • Develop, maintain, and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer mission priorities and Vantor's growth objectives across current programs, recompetes, task orders, and expansions.

  • Identify and pursue unmet customer needs and growth opportunities through contract extensions and modifications, recompetes and follow-on procurements, task orders, capability expansion, and integrated product and service positioning.

  • Maintain a forward-looking, data-driven pipeline aligned to customer roadmaps and funding profiles, using Salesforce and structured opportunity-management practices to support disciplined growth.

  • Own senior-level relationships with government decision-makers, program leaders, contracting officials, and prime contractor executives; lead executive briefings, strategic account reviews, engagement plans, negotiations, and escalations.

  • Maintain working knowledge of contract structures, scope, funding profiles, performance metrics, and compliance requirements; shape and sustain contract vehicles and support modifications, renewals, and extensions with Contracts, Finance, and Legal.

  • Lead and oversee Program Managers responsible for execution, delivery, and customer success; align customer expectations with program performance and balance growth initiatives with delivery excellence.

  • Orchestrate complex, multi-product and service solutions across Product, Engineering, and Services; translate customer mission requirements into internal priorities, roadmap inputs, investment decisions, capture strategies, win themes, and bid/no-bid recommendations.

  • Coordinate delivery, capture, business development, finance, and leadership teams to support unified execution, resolve risks, and use customer insight and performance data to influence internal priorities.

  • Foster cross-program and cross-team collaboration, facilitate Vantor leadership engagement with onsite teams, and provide targeted product education that improves mission awareness and alignment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in government contracting, strategic account management, business development, or customer and program leadership supporting government and/or prime contractor accounts.

  • Track record managing high-value strategic accounts and driving revenue growth, account expansion, program sustainment, renewals, recompetes, task orders, and contract continuity.

  • Experience managing account-level P&L inputs, revenue forecasts, margin performance, portfolio health, and growth targets.

  • Experience leading Program Managers and coordinating complex, cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, Services, Capture, Finance, Contracts, Legal, and senior leadership.

  • Working knowledge of federal acquisition, contract structures and vehicles, funding profiles, procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and customer mission priorities.

  • Experience building executive relationships and leading customer briefings, strategic reviews, negotiations, escalations, and structured engagement plans.

  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar structured opportunity-management system to maintain pipeline visibility, forecasts, and account plans.

  • Ability to obtain clearance TS/SCI security clearance

  • Experience supporting both government and prime contractor accounts across multiple programs, organizations, or mission sets.

  • Experience positioning integrated product and service solutions across multiple business units.

  • Experience shaping capture strategies, win themes, bid/no-bid decisions, and multi-year pursuits.

  • Experience sustaining or expanding programs through existing contract vehicles and helping shape new contract vehicles.

Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate's experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.
• The pay for this position within Colorado is: $199,000.00 - $265,000.00 - $291,500.00 annually.
• The pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $219,000.00 - $292,000.00 - $321,200.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
