Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Engineer to join our growing team! In this role, you will assist in monitoring and managing engineering processes to ensure they align with company standards, policies, and procedures. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of projects, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and help maintain high-quality operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of industrial pipeline systems (PVC, CPVC, PFA, etc.) in cleanroom or manufacturing environments
  • Support senior engineers in project execution, including site preparation, material handling, and safety compliance
  • Conduct basic system tests and leak detection to ensure proper functioning of piping networks
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, schematics, and progress reports for each project
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for engineering plastic material sourcing and delivery tracking
  • Perform on-site support and troubleshooting, including assisting with client requests and equipment adjustments
  • Ensure all work complies with client specifications, quality standards, and environmental/safety regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients such as semiconductor or optoelectronics companies to meet project timelines
  • Learn and apply industry-standard installation methods, cleanroom protocols, and documentation practices


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Basic understanding of industrial piping systems, fluid dynamics, or thermoplastics (e.g., PP, PVC, CPVC, PFA, PVDF)
  • Familiarity with technical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and basic tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and installation manuals
  • Willingness to work on-site in cleanroom or controlled environments, sometimes requiring safety gear or gowning procedures
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance
  • Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Eagerness to learn from senior team members and grow technical capabilities in a hands-on field environment
  • Experience or internship in semiconductor, chemical, or related industries is a plus, but not required
  • OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction Certification is preferred
  • Additional relevant certifications are a plus
