Shape the Next Generation of Junior Tennis at Arizona Country Club
Tennis Professional - Junior Development
Who are you?
Are you a passionate junior tennis coach who believes every young player deserves the right next step - whether that's their first rally or a path toward high-performance competition?
Arizona Country Club is seeking a Tennis Professional - Junior Development to bring deep junior-coaching expertise to our Junior Tennis pathway, working closely with our Assistant Director of Racquet Sports to help every junior player progress.
If you're energized by developing competitive players, building meaningful relationships with junior players and their families, and contributing to a full-service Tennis program, we'd love to hear from you.
About Arizona Country Club
For more than 75 years, Arizona Country Club has been recognized as one of Arizona's premier private clubs, where family, tradition, championship golf, and exceptional service come together to create an unmatched member experience.
Recognized as a 5-Star Platinum Club by Club Leaders Forum and a Distinguished Club Elite of the World by BoardRoom Magazine, Arizona Country Club continues to invest in excellence throughout the Club.
Arizona Country Club is in the final stretch of a full tennis and pickleball court replacement, with construction underway now through September 2026. The new courts feature post-tension concrete foundations for a superior playing surface, fast-draining engineered design that gets players back on court quickly after rain, and dedicated access points for each court to reduce traffic between neighboring games. Members will also enjoy new covered viewing areas, upgraded shade structures, and an extended patio overlooking the action. These new facilities will elevate the playing experience while providing exciting opportunities to expand programming, member events, instruction, leagues, and tournaments for years to come.
At the same time, the Club currently completing a $12 million transformation of its clubhouse, featuring beautifully redesigned dining venues, luxurious locker rooms, and a state-of-the-art wellness center complete with red light therapy, sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, and upgraded fitness amenities, all designed to elevate the member experience.
There has never been a more exciting time to join Arizona Country Club.
Why Arizona Country Club?
This is more than a teaching position, it's an opportunity to help shape the next generation of tennis players at a Club that values relationships, tradition, innovation, and exceptional hospitality.
As Tennis Professional - Junior Development, you'll bring specialized junior expertise to our Junior Tennis pathway, working alongside our Assistant Director of Racquet Sports and fellow Tennis Professionals to support every junior player's development, from their first swing through high-performance competition.
The reopening of our brand-new tennis courts presents a unique opportunity to grow Junior Tennis participation through creative programming, outstanding instruction, and memorable events.
At Arizona Country Club, we believe our employees are our greatest asset. We are committed to providing a supportive, collaborative environment where coaches are empowered to innovate, grow their skills, and make a lasting impact.
