We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered experiences across the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Privacy, and Enterprise Risk.

This role combines ServiceNow platform engineering, AI solution design, workflow automation, and governance to deliver secure, compliant, and intelligent employee experiences using Now AssistAI AgentsAgentic WorkflowsGenerative AI, and platform-native automation.

The ideal candidate understands both enterprise risk processes and modern AI capabilities, enabling organizations to accelerate compliance activities while maintaining governance, explainability, and human oversight.

 

AI Solution Engineering

ยท       Design and implement Now Assist capabilities across IRM, Risk, Policy, Audit, Vendor Risk, Privacy, BCM, and Security Operations.

ยท       Configure and customize AI Agents and Agentic Workflows to automate governance and compliance activities.
