Position Summary:As a Junior Creative Designer you'll design digital and creative assets across campaigns, content, and event experiences. You'll translate briefs into compelling visual concepts, produce polished web and digital assets in Figma, and help bring the SPS brand to life across every touchpoint. Working from campaign objectives and messaging, you'll deliver work at varying levels of finish-from concepts and layouts to high-fidelity mockups-while partnering with the broader creative team to keep output on-brand and on-time.
What You'll Do
  • Independently design digital assets for campaigns and programs, optimizing layouts and visuals to improve user experience and conversion
  • Produce creative for defined campaigns, translating briefs into compelling visual concepts and iterating based on feedback
  • Design web and digital assets in Figma, producing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that bring campaigns and content to life
  • Develop original visual concepts for content, aligning design to messaging and campaign objectives
  • Produce creative for event experiences and physical assets, translating the SPS brand into real-world environments and ensuring consistency across touchpoints
  • Use AI tools to accelerate design workflows and support business users in platforms like Canva and Figma
  • Balance multiple requests and timelines while maintaining brand consistency across all outputs
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid out of either our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN or our office in Rogers, AR. We Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative design, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the creative design field, typically obtained through education combined with experience
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design for web and mobile
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • A portfolio demonstrating professional design work and creative problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven competence with Microsoft Office and standard marketing platforms
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, supply chain, or retail technology industries preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms preferred
  • Experience designing for both digital and experiential/event environments preferred

The annual salary range for this role is:$61,300- $95,000.The actual salary offered will bedeterminedbased on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
