ProScapes Lawn, Landscape, & Snow is seeking an experienced part-time Landscape Designer / Project Manager to join our growing team in Eagan, Minnesota. This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of 15–20 hours per week. For more than 10 years, our family-owned company has proudly served the Twin Cities metro area with high-quality residential and commercial landscape services.

Our company continues to grow, and our installation crews are ready for a talented designer who can keep them busy all season long. This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting clients, designing outdoor spaces, closing projects, and leading crews to deliver exceptional results.

Position Overview

Working roughly 15–20 hours per week, you will work closely with homeowners, commercial property managers, and our field teams to bring outdoor visions to life while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

This role blends design creativity, client relationships, sales, and field leadership.

  • Develop creative landscape designs that enhance the functionality and beauty of each property
  • Present designs and proposals to clients and confidently close projects

Design & Project Development

  • Create professional landscape designs and material selections including plantings, hardscape elements, grading considerations, and site features
  • Ensure designs align with site conditions, plant health best practices, and long-term sustainability

Project Management

  • Coordinate with field crews and foremen to ensure projects are executed according to design and client expectations
  • Manage project timelines, materials, and installation details
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and client satisfaction

Commercial Client Support

  • Work with our 27+ commercial property clients to design and implement landscape improvements, upgrades, and seasonal projects
Qualifications
  • Industry experience required in landscaping, landscape design, or landscape sales
  • Proven ability to sell landscape projects and manage installation crews
  • Strong knowledge of plant species, plant health, and landscape materials suited to Minnesota climates
  • Ability to read site plans, understand grading considerations, and develop functional designs
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results
What We Offer
  • Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
  • Company vehicle
  • iPad, laptop, and company phone
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Retirement plan
  • Minnesota Safe and Sick Time
  • Minnesota Paid Family Medical Leave
  • Strong operational and ownership support
  • Established crews and equipment ready to execute your projects
