Kane's Furniture - Senior Creative Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Senior Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative, impactful, and brand-aligned concepts across all media channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on creative direction to deliver compelling campaigns that engage audiences and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee creative concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
  • Planning and overseeing the development of company advertisements
  • Supervising all work completed by the creative department
  • Working with executives and leaders to set project deadlines and content goals
  • Presenting project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives
  • Recruit and train team leads and managers
  • Oversee the creative budget
  • Lead and inspire the creative team, including designers, copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategic objectives into creative deliverables.
  • Review, critique, and approve creative work to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior creative role, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
