Job Description
The Supervisor of Content works across content and digital, supporting the AD and supported by the Negotiator/Planner and Assistant Negotiator/Planner.
Responsibilities
  • Focused on direct activation with digital and content publishers, contributing to drive creativity, ideation, and innovation that leads to ownable consumer engagement opportunities in the content and digital space.

  • Provide strategic input based on audience insights, deep past performance analysis and robust knowledge of the marketplace throughout content and digital investment expertise

  • Collaborate in negotiation strategies by building strong relationships with content and digital publishers

  • Help to set overall objectives and corresponding KPIs for each campaigns

  • Steward smooth and timely campaign launch and execution thanks to a sharp attention to detail throughout the execution process.

  • Perform scheduled optimization efforts for online media campaigns as well as troubleshooting, ad delivery, and ad performance

  • Manage the team to accurately and timely reconcile billing

  • Collaborate with the Strategy, Precision, Video, Search and Analytics teams to achieve the creation and execution of customized integrated marketing solutions, driving ROI for the brands.

  • Ensure key information is provided to and through the teams in a timely manner including any updates or issues to guarantee swift turnaround and buttoned up execution of campaigns

  • Issues to be laddered up to AD and VP as needed

  • Understand the content & digital landscape and adopt new media trends from a publisher, audience and category perspective if relevant to clients' objectives and able to deliver quantifiable ROI.

  • Marketplace facing - build relationships and understand landscape across content and digital partners

  • Build, maintain and grow client relationships, in support of the team

  • Contribute to client presentations and lead management of deliverables and communications especially as it pertains to content and digital campaigns

  • Understand and articulate client category expertise and knowledge of the competitive landscape

  • Leverage strong project management skills and team player mind set to collaborate with IAT (including Creative, PR and Shopper teams) projects and meetings in order to deliver holistic strategies for the brands

  • Supervise, direct and review the development and implementation of content and digital campaigns by negotiators/planners & assistants

  • Assist in developing the team into highly respected and trusted professionals by helping to grow their skill-sets and thought-processes through mentorship, evaluation and training

  • Knowledge-sharing with all team members to guarantee that PMX & Zenith solutions, tools, best practices and processes are used and applied for the brands they manage

Qualifications
The Supervisors should be experts in using the tools outlined below encompassing the Content and Digital Investment practices. The Supervisors will train the junior team members into using these tools; answering their questions and helping them overcome any issues. The Supervisors will request the negotiator/planner and assistant planner to leverage the tools and platforms when and if needed.
Digital Investment: Prisma, Lumina, Wrike, Comscore, JIRA, DCM, Double Verrify, Sales Force, MP, Amazon Attribution,
Content Investment: Infegy, MRI, Scarburough, eMarketer, MOAT, Fluency (Influencer Product)
Travel when needed for client shoots and meetings.

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $105,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
